About me
Sophie Line Studio was born quietly.
During a period of anxiety, a doctor once suggested something simple: “find a hobby that brings you calm.”
I have always loved drawing and working with my hands. For me, it is the most honest way to place a part of yourself into something you create. After considering, and quickly discarding, other options, I realised I already had what I needed: an iPad, a pencil, and time to slow down.
I began drawing lines.
Nothing more. Nothing less.
And in that simplicity, I found peace.
Drawing became a way to focus, to breathe, to quiet the noise. What started as a personal refuge slowly turned into a language of its own.
I am deeply inspired by minimalism, by the idea that simplicity and clarity can say more than excess. Through black lines and reduced forms, I try to capture what truly matters: presence, atmosphere, and the small details that make something, or someone, unique.
Cinema, history and aesthetics shape my visual world. I am particularly drawn to films where spaces feel lived-in and warm, where architecture tells a story.
Sophie Line Studio is a personal study of lines, places and emotions. A slow project, made with care.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
Sophie.
